Review on 🧹 Severin Germany Corded Vacuum Cleaner in Platinum Grey by Patricia Rubio

Mine has lost all suction. I've tried troubleshooting, cleaning filters, changing the bag and checking for clogs but to no avail. Worse still, there is absolutely no way to get any information or speak to anyone in Severin. If you follow the online maze, you will get to the FAQ section in German (even from the English site). Thought the company should offer after sales service for US sales, I would definitely not recommend this vacuum as you will not have any real support if you have any problems. A very disappointing and disappointing experience.
