I ordered a new pair of DC shoes to replace my old ones. Thought it would be easy as I knew my size in DC shoes. I was wrong, the new shoes were a size 10.5 like my old ones but half an inch smaller. I contacted DC about this and they told me that every shoe brand has different sizes. They provide a sizing guide that is the same for each shoe so it just doesn't make sense and is very disappointing. It also makes it impossible to order online if they choose a shoe size without consistency. I have never come across a company that flags shoes that are half an inch off the same size.
