Had to be modified well for cargo handling

I bought these to use in my cargo trailer by installing E-Tracks that I bought from Harbor Freight. All other E-Track accessories work without problems. To get them to work I had to grind the rivets flush with the sides of the mounting bracket or they wouldn't go through the E-Track slot. Yes I could return them but I needed them NOW! After "modification" they work great.
