Review on OpenICM by Mark Allen

I like that it is easy to use in my daily work with ICMs for asset data acquisition through an API or web interface so there are not many challenges using this platform from day one! The UI could look much better but we also have no choice at all about what can/can't get fixed because of security concerns which makes life more interesting than usual ;-)The support level has improved greatly since version 5 was released last summer (they really listen). There's nothing majorly disliked as such - just minor nitpicking here & yer thing might work differently depending where you're coming form ;) So far everything works well :) We've moved away completely digitalised our Asset Data Management including reporting by creating multiple reports per week within minutes instead spending hours every month manually preparing these documents now!! It saves us time + money = win-win situation. Also solving problems related getting access rights etc., faster compared t oour own IT team who would otherwise spend days figuring out if they should grant someone permissions before letting them know how long until said permission expires again...I'm sure other companies see value too when making OpenICM is very simple and easy to use. It works very well on my machine and the support is also very simple to use and very good. OpenICM is a great tool for the company I work for because it helps us keep track of our machines and keep them under warranty. There is nothing I do not like about this product. OpenICM keeps us always up to date and always in the loop with our customers. We are a machine company and OpenICM helps us keep track of our customers and their machines.
