I bought this lamp because I wanted to ride my MTB at night. Didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars and this flashlight had good reviews. Have done a few rides now (single track, rocky trails) and this light is quite decent. This isn't quite a headlight, but it works quite well with a flashlight on the helmet. Installation is ok, beam direction adjustable. Battery life is good, lasting over two hours on the brightest mode. The build standard is pretty good, the flashlight has a nice metal body. The remaining battery power is displayed and decreases from 9 to 1 so you can always see what's left. It's nice that there's a USB port that you can use to charge a cell phone, for example. Was on a hike this weekend and my phone ran out of power. That light powered it and saved my day. All in all a good and very cheap lamp!
