Very happy with these chairs, especially for the price. Got my first in 15 minutes. I suspect those having assembly issues and/or complaining that the chair doesn't sit flat on the floor didn't use common sense when assembling it. Tighten all screws, but not fully. You'll need to put some pressure on the parts to align the screws (you want the parts to fit snugly). Once all the screws are tight but not tight, place the chair on the floor where you want it to stand and apply light pressure to level it with the floor. Then tighten each screw. You may need to go around the bottom screws twice to ensure they are all tight. Yes, to do this you need to lie on the floor under a chair. However, with common sense, the chair can be assembled in minutes.
