These chairs are cream in colour. If you are looking for a white chair this is not for you. Even though I really like collecting furniture and other things, it wasn't very pleasant! Two of us had to push and pull to align the screws. I'll be ordering 2 more because I really like them but I'm not looking forward to putting them together. , when finished they fit well and look amazing!

I am very satisfied with this chair. I was looking for a white chair that would fit into the relatively small space in my bedroom. This chair looks good (looks like expensive leather) and is comfortable. I had a hard time finding a white (not cream) chair that looked good, wasn't too big and wasn't too expensive. I ordered a pair of these for my office waiting area. They need to be collected, but it's not difficult. They look professional and have been going strong (frame and fabric) for a few years. For seating in the waiting area, they work very well. I'm not sure how comfortably they will sit for a few hours but I used them once for a full hour and have no complaints. They're also surprisingly lightweight and super easy to clean, making them perfect for regular repositioning or use in multiple rooms.

I suspect those having assembly issues and/or complaining that the chair doesn't sit flat on the floor didn't use common sense when assembling it. Tighten all screws, but not fully. You'll need to put some pressure on the parts to align the screws (you want the parts to fit snugly). The chair itself is quite comfortable for a side chair. The padding is good and strong enough. The really big problem is the assembly, which was extremely difficult. This was mainly due to poor quality control related to hole mismatch and part mismatch. There was also an issue that one leg was slightly shorter than the others, but it wasn't noticeable when the chair was on carpet.
