I ordered a pair of these for my office waiting area. They need to be collected, but it's not difficult. They look professional and have been going strong (frame and fabric) for a few years. For seating in the waiting area, they work very well. I'm not sure how comfortably they will sit for a few hours but I used them once for a full hour and have no complaints. They're also surprisingly lightweight and super easy to clean, making them perfect for regular repositioning or use in multiple rooms. May not be very comfortable for tall people as it doesn't stretch the arms and frame much; They don't seem to have a problem carrying heavier people (complaints may be due to construction rather than strength, depending on build). Definitely recommended for similar purposes.
