I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Due to the birth of baby number 4 just before Christmas, we decided to wait until Christmas to collect it. I was so disappointed when I saw that one of the side rails was a bit broken and there was no way for Amazon to replace it. Well that was a good deal, I guess we need to fix that. Then I saw that the company would replace the parts. Filling out the form on their website was very easy. I asked for a new side rail and door because a hinge was crooked. I placed the order on Wednesday the day after Christmas and received the parts on Saturday! Now I am very satisfied with the product. It's pretty durable and I love the storage space that allows you to keep baby doll stuff together. Customer service was great and I would happily buy from them again!
