Review on Enhanced Traction with LOOK Keo Road Cleats - Superior Grip for Road Cycling by Adrian Smart

Pros: I use these Keo Grip spikes with PowerTap P1 pedals. Surprisingly, the Keo Grip cleats are easier to install and remove than the cleats that come with (and presumably were designed for) the pedals. And the softer plastic of the Grip Pads makes starting at intersections or just walking much safer. The Bad: After a few months of riding and maybe 1000 miles, I noticed that the undercut felt odd and realized that the right front pad was just gone. Spike, and the pad on the left Spike came off. The pads weren't even half worn yet, so they should have lasted much longer.
