I've been looking for a new vacuum cleaner for months. Consumer Reports ranked this vacuum cleaner number one and was skeptical that so many people rave about Sharks and Dyson. This vacuum amazed me! It's self-propelled and has amazing power and suction. My husband and I were immediately impressed and saw a huge difference compared to our other stands. I also like that you can adjust the height of the carpet manually. We recently received new carpet and were told that problems would void the manufacturer's warranty and they contacted customer service and found that the carpet fibers had been damaged due to the standard vacuums pulling too hard. We were told to vacuum carpets on the lowest setting, but I love being able to change the height of carpets and floors. I am so happy with this purchase!
