I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2018, shortly after the purchase we successfully cooked our first batch of spaghetti pasta. You were amazing! A few months later we tried again and ended up with compressed dough, the dough cutter rollers didn't cut the dough, just compressed it. Since then we've tried twice more, including tonight, with the same result. The machine doesn't cut noodles, it just compresses them just enough so that with a lot of patience you separate them one by one and you might end up with a portion of noodles. I find this very frustrating especially as it cannot be returned as we have owned it for almost a year. I think we'll continue with store-bought pasta :(
