Easy to use and great consistency

I received the pasta maker it is solid and can be described as well made as the previous pasta maker I had was very flimsy. My daughter and I were so excited to use it and made a strong whole wheat flour paste. It took us 2 times to get the hang of it but we loved how the flour went through and after only going through 2 times it came out perfect! The previous pasta machine was difficult to turn and took a lot more time to thin! Can't wait to use it again next week!

Everything I was hoping for and more!

The car is AMAZING! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm a total newbie to pasta making, I've never thought about it until now. I was afraid that I would spoil it somehow because I was making tortellini (I know, very ambitious for the first time). But it worked! It was so easy to use! The handle was smooth when turning, the clamp fitted the table snugly, and I like the thickness scale. Worth buying Best in kitchen and dining room

When I first used this I had to cook 2 batches of pasta. My first batch was great, however metal shavings stuck to the noodles as I rolled them through the roller. I ended up having to roll out a whole batch and 1/3 of the paste just to get the metal shavings out of the machine. After doing this, the product worked fine. I would advise buyers to be prepared and depending on the recipe used, your pasta will expand as it cooks. I saw a review here from a person who made ravioli that didn't…

Terrible pasta cutter but if you want a pressed pasta shape I this is for you.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2018, shortly after the purchase we successfully cooked our first batch of spaghetti pasta. You were amazing! A few months later we tried again and ended up with compressed dough, the dough cutter rollers didn't cut the dough, just compressed it. Since then we've tried twice more, including tonight, with the same result. Don't start until you have it - disappointment is a possibility.

Received this evening and wanted to try it right away! We started collecting, it was well received. The clamp is quite small in length so I had to tweak it a bit (not much - I adjusted). Directions were ok. Not perfect, but I figured it out. Therefore there are 4 stars for the assembly.
