It is very easy for end users of our applications! The dashboard gives us all information we need in one place at any given moment - which helps when troubleshooting issues or working towards an upcoming release date/time frame (or both!). Sometimes it takes quite some effort before you get access to this data via API calls from other services like TeamCity etc., but once there, everything seems perfect :) I have not come across anything specific so far as dislikes would be hard since i am really happy overall about how well they support their customers through good documentation & helpdesk tickets available online along side great customer service team over phone + email. They are always willing to assist me if needed even outside business hours / weekends too!! Great product! Their level 1 technical assistance makes them stand out among competitors who focus more heavily on sales than actual implementation guidance.
