Excellent experience with quick turnaround times and helpful staff

It is very easy for end users of our applications! The dashboard gives us all information we need in one place at any given moment - which helps when troubleshooting issues or working towards an upcoming release date/time frame (or both!). Sometimes it takes quite some effort before you get access to this data via API calls from other services like TeamCity etc., but once there, everything seems perfect :) I have not come across anything specific so far as dislikes would be hard since i am…

  • Dashboard has lots useful info such metrics+ graphs&charts
  • Support staff helpful with getting questions answered quickly by eithe telephone call OR ticket submission directly within web portal interface

5View Network Application Performance Monitoring - Great tool that solved issues fast

It's easy to use, it allows for both in-depth analysis of a single app or many apps at once. The data is presented in an intuitive manner with clear charts and graphs. There are some quirks when using it over a VPN but this can be easily resolved by configuring the tunneling correctly. A great tool if you want your monitoring needs taken care

The best thing about 5view is its easy to use interface. It's very simple to set up and configure. I like that it can be used in combination with other tools such as Nagios and Zabbix. I dislike that there are some features that are not available out of the box which requires additional licenses. For example, we wanted to monitor our mobile app but were unable to do so because we didn't have enough licenses. Also, we needed to install another agent in order to monitor our API. This was…
