It's easy to use, it allows for both in-depth analysis of a single app or many apps at once. The data is presented in an intuitive manner with clear charts and graphs. There are some quirks when using it over a VPN but this can be easily resolved by configuring the tunneling correctly. I think this is one of the best products out there, It has allowed us to identify bottlenecks and solve problems faster than we would have been able to otherwise. In our environment, we had a problem where an application was not responding at all times. We were unable to pinpoint when or why this issue occurred so we could work towards solving it. After deploying 5View, we were able to see where the issue lay and fix it within minutes rather than hours.
