Each harness group comes in a plastic bag. The box itself is recyclable, but it would be better if there was no plastic packaging at all. The dishes are also quite small. This was not misleading as the dimensions of the cookware are correct in the description, I just didn't realize how difficult it would be for some of the larger family members to use. The cymbals seem to hold up well, although the 9" is a bit small in my opinion. Overall this product is pretty good if you're ok with smaller plates and small utensils. It's also nice that everything you need is in one Box is.But for my next purchase I will be looking for 10" plates and slightly larger utensils.
