I bought this toothbrush a little over a month ago, it worked perfectly and a week later it stopped charging. After following the steps they recommended, it was determined that I needed a block replacement. Then I got a replacement and it worked. This time the same thing happened within two weeks. The toothbrush has finished charging. After going through the steps again with Revane, they realized I needed a replacement again. I then contacted Philips to make sure I didn't do this as I love a toothbrush when it actually works and after seeing the same procedures with them I was told I needed a replacement handle. After two replacements in a month, I'm not looking forward to a third, so back to Oral BI. $300 is a lot of money for a product that has so many problems. If two of me have done the same thing, I'm probably not the only one.
