I have two Brother laser printers and this drum unit is said to be compatible. Well folks, I'm here to tell you that's absolutely not true. I've tried this on each of my printers and got the same error message: paper jam in duplex tray. Well I've never used a double sided tray - didn't even know I had one. No way to get rid of the message, no phone number to call and no email support. I even tried removing this tray entirely and always got the same message. However, it says exactly my model on the packaging. I had to run to Staples and buy Brother toner for over $120.
