Review on Cangshan 1024197 German Forged 17 Piece by Stephanie Hughes

UPDATE: I contacted the seller using the contact email address on their website and was immediately informed that a replacement blade had been sent. Very happy with customer service and knives. Upgrade to 5 stars. This would be a 100% 5 star rating as I love these knives (they are truly amazing). These are really great knives. Unfortunately, my butcher knife has a defect that has oxidized and caused a spot of rust (see picture). I take great care of my knives and never let them soak in water, I never put them in the dishwasher etc. These knives cost over $300 and I treat them like I want them to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, this shortcoming is quite disappointing and only gets worse over time. I hope someone from Cangshan will contact us and we can solve this problem. Like I said these knives are truly amazing and I have recommended them to family, friends and complete strangers, love them so much. I really hope that we can do something about this defect.
