Review on Seeley Buckle Little White Patent Girls' School Uniforms in Shoes by Dragan Nelson

Bought these for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. She had just gone up to a size 5 so I bought her a size 5. We received it in just a few days and while it fit, there wasn't really room to grow so we sent it back and ordered a size 5½. Revain took forever to ship the second set so had to order elsewhere to get here in time for the party but I would say it fits true to size but if you need room to grow order a half size more. The shoes are beautiful and the height is just perfect for them. I didn't want her to look like a street hooker in heels. An inch off the ground is enough for a 9 year old. I also like that they close. Anyone who came up with Velcro for a very active older child is simply ignorant. Buy them, you will definitely like them. :)
