Review on Kyocera CSN 202 GR Slicer Ceramic Mandoline by Meron Thompson

Works very well when you need to cut something very thin or ultra thin! Even sweet potatoes are a snap. Handguards aren't worth a penny (nor are handguards for 5 or 6 different mandolins I've bought over the years), but just buy yourself a pair of cut-free gloves and then you can safely cut things by using them easy to hold in a gloved hand. This pup is REALLY SHARP so don't try to cut without these gloves!
