I've recently started baking and the book I'm looking at said to buy one of these, which I did. But it's just a razor blade on a handle. Razor blades like a coin. You pay a lot for a stick with a blade. If you have anything remotely decent knives, you already have sharper sticks. There is no advantage to using one of these over other razor sharp items. Or just buy a blade for ten cents and hold it between your fingers to cut. Just. The way for the price of nothing Advantages: 1. The stick holds the blade well. Cons: 1. This is an overpriced stick.
