The product itself: cleans well and leaves my hair in great condition. The smell is bad - it smells more like bleach than sandalwood. Maybe that part was turned off. Who knows. My wife says it smells great but not quite like sandalwood so I trust her opinion and keep using it because she says she doesn't mind. The smell is faint so it doesn't bother me. Packaging: This was a deal breaker. I will never order this product again as the "pump" barely works. The product isn't too thick so I don't know why it takes MINUTES for the pump to get back to the top. I poured this substance into an old shampoo bottle to use.
