Review on 💧 HydroMATE Electrolyte Powder Packets: Fast Dehydration Relief, Hangover Recovery & Hydration Accelerator with Vitamin C - Berry Fruit Fusion Flavor (30 Sticks) by Eric Brooks

I have been using electrolyte packs that you add to the water for years. The packaging says "Add Hydration Pack to HydroMATE Bottle". What? Do they have their own bottle? I go to the product page and there are more specific instructions I need (they should be on the product box). Click on the third picture from the top and it says "add to 32-64 oz". Water". Wow! Most packages only yield 16.9 ounces of finished drink. I made mine in an old 32 ounce PowerAde (sugar free) bottle. Bottle complete. The product blended easily and well. For me, the Flavor good in that ratio Flavor but light but good Yes I could be happy with a more intense one but I can be happy with this one too Has been relentless in trying to eliminate sugar and go on a low carb diet so wasn't thrilled from the fact that sugar was the first ingredient in this product.. As carb stingy as I am, for 32 ounces 2.5 carbs isn't too bad, however 0 would be better.I hope this review has helped you make an informed purchasing decision I rarely give an overall rating of 5 stars.
