What to Expect The best of diet and sports nutrition

I have been using electrolyte packs that you add to the water for years. The packaging says "Add Hydration Pack to HydroMATE Bottle". What? Do they have their own bottle? I go to the product page and there are more specific instructions I need (they should be on the product box). Click on the third picture from the top and it says "add to 32-64 oz". Water". Wow! Most packages only yield 16.9 ounces of finished drink. I made mine in an old 32 ounce PowerAde (sugar free) bottle. Bottle complete…

They're pretty much an electrolyte solution that you add to water that gives you back any electrolytes you lose during physical activity. I'm a runner and drink at least 16 ounces after every run.
