Today we cooked 5 pounds of chicken sausages. The car stayed where it was. Filled the falls pretty well once we got the hang of it. Pretty well made for the price. The only thing I don't like is that it's impossible to completely empty the tube. We figured we were getting two fewer links than we could each time. It would be nice if there was some sort of plunger in the kit to clean it up, but it could still use the end of a batch of meat. Although it would increase the price to offer a set with a pestle and/or a cleaning brush (e.g. a fine silicone brush). Otherwise, although I know this, I recommend trying it. This was a lot easier to manage than my stuffed sausage kitchen attachment. Pretty easy to clean. However, the handle did not come off after assembly. Need a guide, how to download or something else to solve these problems.
