PiroirDirect's Customer Service Is a Letdown

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with PiroirDirect's customer support not too long ago. While the quality of the goods themselves is satisfactory, the company's support services are severely lacking. I needed to talk to someone about a problem with my purchase, but it took me a while to get through. When I did, I encountered a callous demeanor and insufficient compassion. My concern was obviously not a high priority for them. My problem was fixed, but it took a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth with customer service to get there. It's disheartening to see a company that prides itself on providing high-quality wellness equipment for the home and workplace fall short in this crucial area. As with any company, customer service needs work, and this is a place where PiroirDirect can do better. Overall, the products are fine, but I'm hesitant to suggest PiroirDirect because of the poor quality of their customer service.
