The other day the cooler flew. When I was looking for a new one, I settled on this option. The only thing was that my case was too small for him, and I also decided on a new case, because the old one was in a deplorable state. At first I thought that if you stick the motherboard out of the case, then installing the fan will be much easier. So yes, it was easy to install it, but now how to put it back into the case? There were not so many problems with installation in the case, but with the top mounting screws of the motherboard . This massive fan blocked access to both of them, and without them, the motherboard would hang on weight. That is, the cooler will have to be installed in any case already in the case assembled with the motherboard. This is the longest and most tedious process, because it is impossible to get the bar into the groove of the heatsink board (the one that is right next to the processor) and at the same time put the heatsink on the processor itself. I had to keep the radiator on the weight (by the way, very thin radiator plates, bend twice, install very carefully). The second fastening screw of the bar did not want to get into its hole, so I had to climb into the case with my head to put it in its place. When I closed the lid (Zalman i3 case), I realized that "back to back" in other reviews is really BACK, because the distance from the fan to the cover of the case is a maximum of a millimeter or two. In the photo, pay attention to the distance from the finger to the tube. The case cover is transparent, it is not visible, but even so it is clear that only the case cover separates the finger from the tube. By the way, the fan (itself a separate red fan, I don't mean a completely cooler) occupied the first and second slots of the RAM, so I had to insert a bracket into the third slot. Luckily there is only one bar.
