If you then try to get the cloud to keep the Al function running on the camera, they tell you the system is down and don't know when it will be available. So they tied the advanced features to a higher price, then turned them off after 30 days and then tied them to the cloud to turn them back on, knowing they couldn't give you the cloud because the system had been down for months . .cloud used to be separate from camera features, and why offer an option for an SD card when you're forced to subscribe to a cloud feature you don't want just to keep the camera running at full capacity!?!?!? Without all the features, the camera costs $40.
