I like that they have an easy-to use interface so it's very user friendly which makes my job easier when creating blog posts or news releases. The platform has helped us stay connected with our audiences by providing weekly blogs as well as making sure we are publishing timely information daily! It also allows me access from anywhere in order to make updates while working remotely if needed (great!). Sometimes there can be glitches but this isn't too often anymore - usually just takes some time before everything comes back online again after fixing any problems. They've been great about responding quickly whenever something happens causing downtime. We're able publish new product pages frequently using story chief because of all their functionality features.- ability to easily write quality stories & get them published faster than writing traditional press release style documents.
