This is a shaggy faux fur pom pom variety, not the perfectly trimmed round pom poms which I like better because they fit snugly at the top of the yarn cap. I'm happy about the flowers. Most of them are fur colored, some are solid color and some have darker tips, but they are all beautiful colors with no blemishes that I would never use. They have elastic loops for fastening. I've had good results by attaching a small button to the inside of the hat and then slipping the loop over the button. The price is exceptional, around 66 cents for a pom pom. I hope they continue to sell this product at such a good price although a pack of 36 pom poms should last quite a while.
