Overall the phone holder looks nice. The only problem I had was that the handlebar nut was missing. Although my 12 year old son may have lost his mother due to the phone holder requiring some assembly. Assembly was so easy a 12 year old could do it, except for the missing mother. ;) The missing nut is easy to fix and the bracket serves its purpose. I have an iPhone 11 plus and it holds the phone perfectly even with a case on the phone. I had a different bike mount a few years ago and this one compares a lot better. My phone fell out of the old holder and this new one holds it nicely so it's a win.
