I like and appreciate the product. We were about to buy a new fridge but I really didn't think there was anything wrong with ours. I think the door was left open or something. So I decided on a way to get notifications wherever there is wifi etc. I had no trouble setting it up on our home network, but upon setting it up I found that the hub should be close to the phone. After installation, I placed the hub next to the refrigerator. Getting alerts when the temperature is above adjustable levels and low is just what the doctor ordered. I wish you could set the "sound" alarm, but all I see is the one visible when you place the icon on the home page. Maybe someone knows how to set up an audible alarm, this would be as valuable as the safety of our product, refrigerated products are of great value especially at today's prices. Of course it is listed as usable in a freezer, greenhouse etc. I'm also trying to install it on my wife's phone, but unfortunately the password is so tiny that there's no way to see what you've entered and after many tries I can't enter the correct password I'm on set up my phone. We hope that their IT specialists will help make the view of the entered password accessible as other applications allow, especially on the phone. I wish you could log into their cloud with a computer, maybe I'm missing that. Overall this seems like a decent product so far if you're trying to protect hard-working items. I hope they solve some of these issues so I can give it 5 stars.
