Review on 🍳 Anolon 11 Piece Smart Stack Nonstick Cookware Set, Hard Anodized, Black by Jon Brazil

Brilliant design. A sharp drop in the quality of Analon. I'm burned out

I like the design with handles because they don't usually burn your knuckles and are easier to fold. They fit great! Buttons and buttons are new stuff that gets too hot and I got burned. This was not the case with my old Anolon cookware, the handles were made of a more durable material. The lids give off too much steam. My old Analon pots were reliable and perfect rice pots. Now I have to look and add some more liquid. Deformed? These pans are a lot lighter than my old ones and don't work as well on gas stoves. The non-stick coating is now sensitive. I want to return the set. Designing stacking handles and lids like they did was brilliant. Hopefully it's not patented. These aren't the workhorses we knew and loved. The old pans and pans I'm replacing from Analon had heavy non-stick coatings and were very beefy pans. I don't understand why the brand went under. I'm going back to Scanpans. Analon has served me well for many, many years, but those days seem to be over.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Traded in
