Perfect size and easy to clean
I love this bacon maker! First, it's obviously round. I've wanted to buy a bacon press for a long time, but why a rectangle in a round pan? I've used this amazing round a few times in my 12" cast iron skillet and it works great. It only takes about 6 minutes to cook a thick slice of bacon and if you like crispy bacon, this press will give you very crispy bacon. It's easy to clean. I honestly never washed it. I treat it the same way I treat my skillet and just wipe it down with a paper towel. Can't wait to try it on some troublesome pork chops.
