Big help with soft bread

It's hard to get perfect slices of soft loaves of bread in a breadmaker, but it makes it possible. We've found that placing a wooden "fence" in front of the loaf (rather than behind it as shown in the picture) works better for us. This food slicer is very well made and easy to store. Thanks for a great product!
