I'm so glad after 30 years I've finally found a conditioner that works! I have thick, wavy hair interspersed with curls. I wash my hair with FE shampoo once a week and then use this conditioner every day. All I do to style is a small amount of liquid gel (no FE) and let it air dry. My hair looks and feels great! I recently had an injury that prevented me from taking a light shower, so I only applied conditioner once or twice a week for almost 3 months. It got so rough and blah-looking. As soon as I was allowed regular baths I started styling my hair again and after a few days my hair was much softer!
