I bought this 8" Pro Chef knife because I wanted to see what the price of an AUS 10V knife was. So far I am not disappointed. The full stock is not quite flush with the grip in some places, but it is minimally noticeable and not a problem for our everyday use at home. . Effortlessly cuts very thin slices of fruit and vegetables and is ideal for meat such as fish, chicken or beef. Cutting bones is out of the question. Can I recommend it? Absolutely if you know you're not getting the top of the line AUS 10V meter, but still good value for money. If you have strict standards or are a pro, then you know you're going to have to shell out $100 or more. I have one too, but it's a welcome addition to our collection.
