I bought these speakers, used them for a few years and today they completely stopped working. They sit on my desk - they never get bumped or dropped as the desk is built right into my wall. I don't even turn them off or on and rarely use the volume. I've used the headphone jack maybe 3 times since I bought it. Creative does not have an 1800 number to call. Your live chat seems to be permanently suspended. If you want to fill out a web form, they say they will contact you. crap product. Worst Producer. The last Creative product I will ever buy.
