I can confirm it's stainless steel (did a magnet test). Well done.

I can guarantee that it is stainless steel (I checked with a magnet). The stainless steel band is strong and doesn't bend easily (which is good), the rubber goes well with the stainless steel band. It could have been better if there were washers on the ends, like on the HarborFreights (they're steel, these are stainless steel, so that might not be possible).
