I did some homework prior to this purchase and saw many complaints from people who bought compost garbage bags that fall apart or dissolve while using them. These bags are a bit thicker than most. If you're not careful, you could rips them while stretching or poke a finger through them, but that hasn't happened since my first use. I do baby then a bit and use a light touch. It's worth it to keep plastic out of the environment. I would definitely buy these again.
- Reduces plastic waste in landfills and the environment
- The compostable material may not be as widely used as traditional bags
