Allowing one person total control and peace of mind
The ease of use with which you can manage all aspects in our organization - this application has allowed me to work remotely at my own pace, without having someone constantly looking over their shoulder! I would love more options for scheduling alerts (especially regarding computer usage), but it's good enough as-is right now; we are able handle most tasks by ourselves via email or phone calls when needed.- Security issues have been reduced significantly due its ability monitor both remote users' screen activity AND applications being used within organizations such us ours.
Pros
- It also allows employees who may not be directly connected through VPNs an opportunity view data that they otherwise wouldn't see if offsite from main network location
