Great Backyard Game

This is a pretty good backyard game, or if you have a big backyard or break room it will work. Playing this classic game on a larger scale is quite fun, and watching kids make their own rules and play the game is fun. My grandkids love folding rings like they are playing a game. Sometimes they just want to fill in the spots and eject the rings again. That's the whole point. The game seems to be quite stable and reliable, but the kids themselves cannot assemble it. It takes a bit of coordination to keep things together when you pin the sides together. Another small issue is that it fits snugly if you keep it in the pouch that comes with it. It should be almost exactly as you unwrapped it to close the bag. A lot of people won't get it, but if the wind blows in your area or the seasons change drastically, chances are you'll save it at some point. It doesn't matter, but we ran into a small problem. I like to play with kids when we try to connect 4 rings and just put the rings together. It's nice to find something that kids enjoy that doesn't require screen time. It may not be long, but we'll take what we can get. Definitely worth it if you're a fan of the game or want to get outside and play with the kids.

Pros
  • Easy to Use: Columns and rows with open slots at the top allow you to take turns throwing rings; A handy lever releases the pieces and restarts the game in seconds
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions
