The benefits of this tool are its ability for us as marketers or sales people that we can track all our customers data in one place.

We have been able so far with nothing but great results from using infona's software! I would say it could be improved if there was more detail about each feature when they click into them - which makes tracking difficult sometimes since everything looks similar unless i know what im looking right away (which most times isn't). Great customer service too!! Very detailed explanation before installing any updates/upgrades etc., also very quick follow up after install once issues arise. Keeping records easy & organized has always proven challenging without some sort of program like these tools offer.
