CustomCall's billing solution is provided as a turnkey, hosted product for CSPs, providing front-end order entry and account management, to back-end bill processing, invoice production and statement delivery. Clients use CustomCall's proprietary front-end applications to enter and manage customer information that includes phone numbers and enhanced services to which the customer's end user has subscribed.

Custom Call Tracking Software that works well

The software looks professional when first deployed but then becomes somewhat dated in appearance with some customization needed (ie., using an older style font). It took time before we completely understood how it worked so I am not sure why this was thought out at all - maybe just testing something different? We are working towards automating our system where users can search by criteria such as Account number or Vendor etc.; rather than them having direct access via their own database…

I like how it allows me access from anywhere at anytime with my own device or computer (no need of any software). It can be used in conjunction with other softwares such as Salesforce CRM & MS Dynamics 365 ERP system etc., so you don't have worry about managing your business processes when using customcall web top bpm service provider! Nothing much but this one thing i dislike most - its price factor compared to some others out there who offer similar features/services!! You will not regret if

Excellent customer service, solid platform

The ability to customize the interface and the ease of setting up the system. I do not have any dislikes about this software. It is very easy to set up and customize your own look and feel. This is a great tool for call centers and virtual agents. We are using it in our call center to assist with the transition from our current IVR system. The ability to integrate with the main system is great. The support from Custom Call is excellent! Sometimes there are minor issues but nothing major. I have

Best Business Process Management Tool

The best thing I like about customcall webtop bpms is its support team. They are very helpful and quick to respond time to time when we face any issues. Their UI/UX is also very easy to understand. It's always good to have such a great tool which gives you all the features in one place. In my experience, I haven't faced anything negative with them.
