Quality Platform With Excellent Customer Service

UpChannel has a fantastic customer service team. They are always willing to help me solve any problems I have. They are quick to respond and provide insight on what is going on with the platform. They also have a pretty simple and easy to use platform. I wish the platform was a little more intuitive. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to figure out how to do something. Great overall and especially excellent Customer Service

I like that they have good customer service support when it comes time for setup or deployment issues! They are always willing to help with any questions/concerns we may come across during our process; however if there is nothing technical going wrong then their standard response from them was usually "we will be happy to work through this". So far everything has gone very smoothly but sometimes its not as easy as just saying yes haha :). Not much dislike so far other than maybe some minor…

  • The ease in using an interface compared versus most CMS systems, along side great quality &/or content editing capabilities within site management page etc.also fantastic options available upon user registration where you can decide what permissions your users receive depending whether those roles need access throughout various parts / areas inside admin area suchas adding articles into blog sectionetc., all done effortlessly once assigned appropriate

Upchannel - Great Customer Service, Poor app

We used upchannel for our client service team at an insurance firm. It was easy to use once we got past the learning curve. The customer support is very limited and not always helpful when problems arise. They also have a poor mobile app that does not work well with iOS devices. Great Ads Management Solution For Publishers

I like that we can easily create our own campaigns for marketing purposes (we've recently started doing this). Also it's easy when using Google Analytics or other tools to add custom metrics into the platform as well! We are looking forward having more options with regards to targeting ads through Upchannel when choosing between PPC and CPC in order to reach specific audiences by offering the best value per impression/click.
