I like that they have good customer service support when it comes time for setup or deployment issues! They are always willing to help with any questions/concerns we may come across during our process; however if there is nothing technical going wrong then their standard response from them was usually "we will be happy to work through this".
So far everything has gone very smoothly but sometimes its not as easy as just saying yes haha :). Not much dislike so far other than maybe some minor differences between my system vs theirs regarding how certain features were configured (and also because i had customised things myself before which could take awhile since both configurations did differ slightly) - although thats mostly due to me being new at setting up this particular application rather than anything specific about UCP itself though! Setting things out properly took longer than expected initially while working alongside.
