CrossPoint CRM Review

The best thing I like about this software, it provides me with all my accounting needs in one place! It's very easy for customers as well because they can have access at any time from anywhere via internet or mobile device (tablets). Customer service has been great too!! Nothing really that i dislike but there could definitely improve upon some areas of functionality/design. If you're looking into an online solution then crosspoint crm should be your choice! I like that it's easy for customers to access their account information online, as well as being able to send in payments via snail mail or email when needed! It would also make sense if they had an app similar to Apple Pay where you could use your phone number instead of having to add another form of payment option (like PayPal).
