Review on CrossPoint CRM by Michael Hall

It's easy to use. It's customizable. It's easy to use for both the customer and the agent. It's a great way to keep track of the customer and their account needs. Nothing i would really dislike. It's a great system. I highly recommend this program for any business that needs to keep track of their customer accounts and needs to keep track of their billing. I have been using it for about a year now and have had no problems with it. It's a great way to keep track of your customers and their needs. Being able to keep track of their accounts and keep them up to date on their bill payments and any other needs they have.
